Attendant Care Services
Case Managed service that contracts through various home health agencies. You must be 60+.
Services include non-medical assistance with bathing, dressing , eating, etc.
How do I know if I qualify?
The Case Manager will come to your home to complete an evaluation of your care needs at home. This assessment covers your abilities to care for yourself, the areas that you have difficulty doing for yourself, your health, nutritional status, etc. This information assists the Case Manager in helping you decide what types of services you qualify for and what type of funding source will best meet your needs.
What type of services can I ask for?
We offer respite services for caregivers, housekeeping, personal care, medication set up, case management, supplemental services, and more. Our supplemental services include assistance, Medicare wellbeing, Medicare programs, health & wellness programs, and public education. ECKAAA also houses CDDO for Coffey, Franklin, and Osage County.
