Homemaker Services

Case Managed service that contracts with various home health agencies. Must be 60+.

Services include light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, shopping, meal prep, etc.

Attendant Care Services

Case Managed service that contracts through various home health agencies. You must be 60+.

Services include non-medical assistance with bathing, dressing , eating, etc.
