The East Central Kansas CDDO services Coffey, Osage, and Franklin Counties. The CDDO in each area serves as the single point or entry to the IDD system. Anyone over the age of 5 wishing to see if he/she is eligible for IDD waiver services must contact the CDDO. The CDDO, using state-given criteria, will determine if a person has a qualifying disability, and if an adult's intellectual disability affects his/hers daily life. To start the determination process, contact the CDDO for an application packet for IDD waiver services. Reminder: This process can be started at age 5.
