The HCBS IDD Waiver (Home and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities) is for individuals age 5 and over who have intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.  It is designed to assist Medicaid beneficiaries to live in the community and avoid institutionalization.
